Privacy Policy

Effective August 8, 2026 · Last updated August 8, 2026

Vigilante Holdings LLC, doing business as Speed2Lead ("Speed2Lead," "we," "us") provides missed-call answering and follow-up software to local home-service businesses. This policy explains what we do with personal information.

1. Two different roles — read the one that applies to you

We handle information in two distinct capacities, and your rights differ depending on which one applies.

If you are a business owner visiting this site

We are the business (or "controller"). We decide how your information is used, and you can exercise your rights directly with us.

If you called a business that uses Speed2Lead

We are a service provider under the California Consumer Privacy Act and a processor under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act. The business you called is the controller of your information. We handle it only on their documented instructions, under a written agreement. We do not sell it, share it for advertising, or use it for our own purposes.

2. Information we collect from site visitors

When you submit the order form on this site, we collect: your name, business name, business phone number, email address, trade, approximate monthly call volume, and (optionally) your website address. We also record which plan you selected.

Our servers and hosting provider log standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested.

We never see your card details. Payment is processed by Stripe on Stripe's own hosted checkout page. Card numbers do not touch our servers.

3. Information we process on behalf of businesses

When someone calls a business that uses Speed2Lead and the call is answered by our system, we process:

AI disclosure and call recording

Calls are answered by an AI assistant, not a person. The assistant identifies itself as an AI and discloses that the call is being recorded in its opening words, before collecting any information. Texas is a one-party-consent state under Texas Penal Code §16.02, and the business whose calls are forwarded has consented; we disclose regardless, on every call, in every state.

4. How we use information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. Who we share it with

We use the following subprocessors. Each receives only what it needs to perform its function.

ProviderPurpose
VapiVoice AI call handling and recording
TwilioTelephone call routing and audio carriage
AnthropicLanguage model for conversation and quality review
OpenAILanguage model for conversation during calls

We also disclose information where required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect against fraud.

6. How long we keep it

WhatHow long
Call recordings90 days to 1 year, depending on plan
Call transcripts1 to 2 years, depending on plan
Text messages1 to 2 years, depending on plan
Consent records4 years (the federal statute of limitations for telephone-consumer claims)
System and audit logsUp to 7 years

A legal hold — for example, a pending claim — pauses deletion until the hold is lifted.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what information we hold, to get a copy, to correct it, to delete it, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

Site visitors and customers: contact us using the details in section 10. We respond within 45 days, and will tell you if we need up to 45 more.

Callers: your request belongs with the business you called, since they control your information. Contact them directly. If you contact us instead, we will pass the request to them and help them fulfill it — tell us the business name and the phone number you called from.

Some deletions are limited by law. We may keep consent records and audit logs for the periods in section 6 in order to defend against legal claims, even after other data is deleted.

8. Text messages

You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP. See our SMS Terms for the full list of recognized opt-out words and how quickly they take effect.

9. How we protect information

No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
