How to stop texts

Reply STOP to any message. It takes effect immediately and permanently. You do not need to explain, and you will not be asked to reconsider. Reply HELP for help.

1. Who gets texts from us

Speed2Lead sends messages to two different groups, for two different reasons.

Business owners who use Speed2Lead

You get an alert when the system catches a call you missed, plus service notifications about your account. These are business-to-business messages about a service you purchased.

People who called a business that uses Speed2Lead

If you called a local business and our assistant answered, you may get a follow-up text confirming what you called about, an appointment confirmation, or a reminder. These are sent on that business's behalf, from their number.

2. How consent is obtained

YouHow you consented
Business ownerYou checked the consent box when submitting the order form on this site, or agreed in your service agreement.
CallerYou were asked on the recorded call — typically "I'll text you to confirm, is that okay?" — and you said yes. Your answer is stored with the words you used and the time you said them.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can buy the service without agreeing to marketing messages.

3. What we send, and how often

Messages are transactional — they relate to a call you made or a service you bought. There is no fixed schedule. Frequency depends entirely on activity: a business owner receives one alert per missed call; a caller typically receives one confirmation per call, plus appointment reminders if one was booked.

We do not send recurring marketing campaigns under the consent described above. Marketing messages — review requests, seasonal offers, win-back campaigns — require separate written consent, collected separately, and are not covered by an answer given on a call.

4. Stopping messages

Reply with any of the following and we will stop. Case does not matter, trailing punctuation does not matter, and anything starting with STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, REMOVE ME or OPT OUT also counts.

You may also email hello@protradesync.com and ask to be removed. Any clear request to stop is honored, whether or not it uses one of the words above.

6. Rates and carriers

Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile plan and are between you and your carrier.

Message delivery is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Messages may be sent as iMessage or SMS depending on your device.

7. Privacy

What we do with your phone number and message history is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell phone numbers, and we do not share them for advertising.
